1. Purpose

This document establishes the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Secret Angels (hereinafter, "the Platform") and individual advertisers (hereinafter, "the Advertiser") who wish to publish advertisements on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering and publishing an advertisement on the Platform, the Advertiser expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other applicable regulations.

3. Advertiser Requirements

The Advertiser declares that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Spanish law.

4. Content of the Advertisements

The Advertiser undertakes that the content of their advertisements:
• Be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• Does not infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property, industrial property, or image rights.
• Does not contain offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit material, or material that violates morality and public order.
• Complies with current advertising and data protection regulations.

5. Review and Publication

The Platform reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or delete any advertisement that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that it deems inappropriate.

6. Fees and Payments

The Advertiser agrees to pay the corresponding fees for the publication of their advertisements, according to the conditions established on the Platform. Payments will be made through the available payment methods, and the corresponding invoices will be issued in accordance with Spanish tax legislation.

7. Duration and Renewal

The duration of the advertisements will be the one agreed upon at the time of contracting. The Advertiser must request renewal of the advertisements before the expiration date.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

The Advertiser may cancel the publication of their advertisements at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused remaining time, unless otherwise determined by the Platform.

9. Liability

The Advertiser is solely responsible for the content of their advertisements and any consequences arising from their publication. The Platform is not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from advertisements published by Advertisers.

10. Modifications

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Advertisers are advised to periodically review these Terms and Conditions.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Las Palmas, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
